mTrust Protocol provides a decentralized trust framework for AI agent communication and security verification services.

You agree to:

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

The mTrust Protocol technology is patent pending. All rights, title, and interest in and to the service remain with Egbert von Frankenberg.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Egbert von Frankenberg be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
